Doors Conference 4th Annual Opening Doors Conference The 4th Annual Opening Doors Conference was held at the NCTA Campus in Curtis, February 11. There were approximately 75 attendees. Marge Lauer, Executive Director of KAAPA discussed their new website KAPPA Country Adventures, which will serve as the ebay of Agri-tourism. It is a low risk way for Ag Producers to offer tourism opportunities with minimum disruptance to their regular activites. Other sessions dealt with horticulture, organic gardening and farming, viticulture, irrigated forage production, electronic marketing and publicity. Marge Lauer - KAAPA |
